Unless otherwise noted, we use a 100% pre-shrunk cotton t-shirt. There is still minimal shrinkage, so we recommend if you are between sizes that you go with the larger size. Washing the shirts in cold water reduces the chances of shrinkage.
Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?
If you are interested in placing a bulk order, please contact us via email instead of placing your order through the website so that we can discuss your options.
Can I order something that isn't listed on your website?
It depends. You can send us a message, and we will try to accommodate you. Our silk screening and embroidery are done in bulk orders. If we are in the process of putting a stock order together, we can easily process your request.
Do you accept payments other than through PayPal?
Yes. PayPal, whether you have an account or not, processes all credit/debit card transactions the same as any other store does. We will also accept cashier checks and money orders upon request. For those orders, please place your order via the Contact Us link to forego the checkout process, and we will supply you with our mailing address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We will ship anywhere. Please send us your order via our Contact Us page, and we will quote you the shipping costs. The order will be placed after a credit/debit card number is received.
Can our agency/organization use your logo on our items?
In a majority of the cases, No. The logo is protected by Copyright and is registered with the Library of Congress. Since the logo is the identity of our company, we cannot allow reproduction. In rare cases, unless you are an authorized vendor, we do allow it but it is granted on a case-by-case review.
We are doing a fundraiser, can you donate some items?
As fellow K9 handlers, we know the importance of funding these teams. We are also a small company at this point and are limited on how much and how many groups we can donate to. We have proudly donated raffle items to many groups to date and will continue to do so on a case-by-case review.
How can I sell your product or become a vendor?
Word of mouth has been a great return on investment for us. If you are located in a state that we can’t visit often and are interested in earning some extra money, we would love to have you sell our product. Contact us for additional information.
